- Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to change, reschedule or cancel services with reasonable notice.
- All prices are stated in GBP and may be subject to VAT if applicable.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Coaching and Training Sessions
- Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Right to Cancel (Consumer Clients)
If you are a consumer purchasing services online, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase unless services have already commenced with your consent. By agreeing to begin the service within this period, you waive your right to cancel once the service is fully performed. You may request a cancellation form via email.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- All coaching sessions are confidential. Any notes taken are for internal purposes only.
- Confidentiality will only be broken if there is a legal requirement or safeguarding concern.
- I comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
- Your personal data will be collected and used only for the purpose of providing services and maintaining contact.
